1. No Refund Policy
All purchases made through our website are final.
We do not offer refunds for any products once an order has been confirmed and dispatched. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Replacement Eligibility
We offer replacements only under the following circumstances:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing or printing defect.
Replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by Mapcy.
3. Replacement Request Process
To request a replacement, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number or proof of purchase.
- Share clear photographs of:
- The received product.
- The packaging.
- The shipping label (if applicable).
- The damaged or defective area.
Failure to provide the required information may delay or prevent the processing of your replacement request.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement requests will not be accepted in the following situations:
- You ordered the wrong product.
- You changed your mind after placing the order.
- The product was damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or improper storage after delivery.
- Minor variations in color, size, or appearance resulting from the printing process or differences in screen displays.
- Requests submitted after the 7-day replacement period.
5. Replacement Approval
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product, subject to stock availability.
If the same product is unavailable, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Replace it with an equivalent product of similar value; or
- Offer an alternative resolution where appropriate.
6. Shipping for Replacements
If the replacement is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied product, Mapcy will bear the applicable shipping costs for sending the replacement.
We may request that the original product be returned before dispatching the replacement. If a return is required, we will provide the necessary instructions.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
